| Bring
Your Bunch to the Bay! |
Is your group looking for an affordable location to hold
a conference or retreat? Camp Wright is available for conferences,
training days, outdoor education and retreats throughout the
year.
For over 70 years Camp Wright has provided a wonderful place
to watch the sunset and enjoy the Bay's natural beauty. The
non-profit facility is operated by the Episcopal Diocese of
Easton and has over 130 acres on the shores of Kent Island.
There are scenic trails through the camp's forests and fields.
Camp Wright offers overnight sleeping spaces in rustic bay-front
cabins and cottages in the spring, late summer and fall for
up to 180 people (depending on group needs). For smaller groups
a separate cabin cluster nestled in the woods provides a nice
community building area. Meal service is available or
groups may rent our commercial kitchen to do their own cooking.

| The
Complete Outdoor Experience |
Camp Wright is a great place for working
together in an informal and reflective environment. We facilitate
environmental and adventure based education programs for schools,
clubs, religious and non-profit groups. Through our environmental
education program we are devoted to promoting the preservation of
the Chesapeake Bay ecosystems. The habitat-based program provides
participants with hands-on learning activities. Our adventure education
program provides team and personal growth experiences through fun
group challenges.
Camp Wright is easy to get to from the major cities of the Western
and Eastern Shores of Maryland and Delaware. We're located just two
miles south of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.
